This listing is for ONE (1) 1972 vintage Aurora AFX 7-Slot sized BLACK PLASTIC PIT KIT! Mint on American Line carding, it displays great & is a super addition to any display. The case is fresh with the swirled plastic typical to Aurora Plastics Co. Released as part #1449 in 1972, this combination includes a more modern 1976 vintage MAGNA-STEERING AFX Car. Magna-steer has magnets located under the pickup shoes, which attract to the rails, thereby 'holding' the car on course. sure it did. Originally intended for a voltage limited 12V system, it seems to handle my Pyramid powered 2st Century track ok. Not a barn burner, but it drives, steers & overall, amuses people in the pursuit of an odd. A Beautiful addition to any HO Slot Car Collection! New Old Stock. Very cool vintage piece that is sure to bring smiles to those who know!
